About Me
Meet the creator
I’m Kerry, the Australian-based designer and owner of Adventures in Resin.
As the name suggests, I design and make unique jewellery and homewares using resin from my home studio in Melbourne.
I fell in love with working with resin after completing a short course ten years ago. I was immediately impressed by the versatility and possibilities presented by the material – resin is truly an artist’s medium, amenable to myriad textures and colours.
Every new design created is truly a work of art, and an adventure into the realms of the possible, hence the name!
I love the flexibility working with resin gives me and the creativity it affords, whether it’s embedding items such as quinoa, or 100s and 1000s, playing with colour combinations, or combining it with recycled timber to create different and stunning results.
In a world where products are increasingly cookie-cutter, and manufactured en masse on automated production lines, it’s encouraging to be part of a community that promotes the value of quality products with personality.
My handcrafted resin pieces are imaginative, creative and genuinely one of a kind – no two pieces are the same.
With each resin pour, I aim to produce jewellery and homewares that make a bold statement. My work is known for being stylish, sophisticated, fun, and completely distinctive.
